Out and about

Assalamualaikum and salam sejahtera :)

Had a small reunion with the girls - Aini, Lisa and Elisa today. Oh, and Lisa's boyfriend, Adly was present as well. It started out a bit awkward at first since we barely known Adly and he would talk to Lisa only. Boyfriend Lisa shy shy haha. So yeah, we went to watch Pitch Perfect at SP MBO. Aini was literally laughing throughout the movie. She kept saying the main actor was cute, which was partially true. I think it was his charms haha.

Then after the movie, we went for lunch at Sushi King. I was picky about the plates I choose, since the colours represented the price. and PURPLE WAS THE MOST EXPENSIVE D: I only took one purple plate teheee. And my weird eating habits were displayed during lunch. I have a knack with chopsticks :B Speaking of chopsticks, I was reminded of the way Aini split hers in half lol. Aini was interested in trying the plates of sushi rotating on the bar while Lisa and Elisa debated on the "correct" way to eat sushi. Lisa liked hers dipped in a mix of salty soy sauce, sweet soy sauce and wasabi. Elisa on the other hand like hers naturally the way it was presented. As for me, I like mine with loads of wasabi (Y) . And Adly, he didn't eat much. He kept on staring at Lisa (caught you red handed). You have to eat dude, YOU'RE SO SKINNY :O btw, I like staring at Lisa while she's eating haha *flutters eyelids*

Then we went to the CD store. Really liked hearing to the playlist that had the CDs on display, especially the jazz collection. Each of us was like "Oh I want this but sadly I have little money to spend on". Haa someday guys, someday. After that we headed to MPH for a while. I got my sister a book. Sadly it wasn't the one that she had been searching for though. But nevertheless, she was happy with it :) And the last stop, we went to Yamaha. I took it we were there for 30 minutes plus minus I guess. I've never been inside a Yamaha music store for that long, my violin class is exceptional. That got me breathless huhu...

Then we departed by train back to SA. Lisa and Elisa were two kanak-kanak ribena on the train. First timers lol *0* I was like that too when I took the train for the first time. On our way back, all of us kind of broke the ice and could talk with each other a bit comfortably. Which was a good sign. When we reached our station, we had a bit of a teary departure. Hey, stay strong okay. I hate to see your tears run down your cheeks. I just want to tell you guys that I care for you guys like my own family <3

Overall, it was a nice day. I had fun and relived my life as a teenager for a while again. Thank you guys for today. It was memorable and beautiful :)

Assalamualaikum and salam sejahtera.

Salam Maal Hijrah to all muslims ! A new year has dawn before us, so let us make this year better than it was before. A reminder for me first and foremost. Let's pray for a brighter future in this dunya and the afterlife and may Allah bless us all with his hidayah and mercy.

Recently, my timeline has been filled with tweets supporting hashtags like '#PrayForGaza', 'Gaza', 'Palestine', and 'May Allah'. Even though we have entered a new year, our muslim brothers and sisters in Palestine are still suffering from war. I ask for a tiny bit of kindness, pray for them in your prayers. InsyaAllah, our prayers will help them with Allah's power.

SPM 2012

Assalamualaikum and salam sejahtera.

I just want to say GOOD LUCK to my form 5 seniors and to all form 5 students who are going to sit for their SPM papers starting from tomorrow. Be confident in yourself and stay focus. Give it your all for the final battle !

And as a friendly advice, eat your breakfast daily and drink lots of mineral water. Stay healthy and don't forget to perform your prayers :)

School holidays

Assalamualaikum and salam sejahtera.

School term for this year officially ended yesterday at 12.30 p.m.. There was nothing much at school. Had to return back the borrowed textbooks and did the health interview thingy. Then by 9 a.m., went to KFC with Aini, Lisa, Hazirah and Jevine. I was a bit (well a lot actually) chickened out to go outside school boundaries when school hasn't even ended yet. But the teachers were so busy getting ready for the holidays and there was no one to look after us anyway. So there we were, with a carefree heart, heading towards KFC. We had a nice loooooong chat and lunch, not to mention with Hazirah's slapstick comedy with the potato wedges xD Then we found out that my phone had recorded an hour worth of conversation. Lisa punca ! haha. Confession hour, my voice sounds like a man's voice from the recording. NO :O

Then later in the evening, I went to take my sister's report card. And I got an earful of sorrowful complaints from the teachers about their hard work to keep up with the PBS system -,- I'm sorry teacher but I came there as a representative for my sister, not as a school student. At least treat me like you treat other parents. I'm growing up too you know. So that's how I spent my last day at school. As I said earlier, it was nothing much. But I can guarantee you, I'll miss my friends so much during this school holidays.
